- Owner of real estate process - reducing store approval, and opening timelines
- Implement new store development E2E system for managing real estate transactions
- Integrate the data and statistical analysis into decision-making process
- Process communications with leadership during Levi’s US and CA Committee Process – preparation and follow up
- PER expert – link with Finance on completion of PERs for NSO and remodels.
- Oversee updates of tools – Power BI, Sitewise (mapping tool), Airtable, Placer AI (+/-40 users in company)
- Primary contact for Legal and data integrity and the lease evaluation, approval, and process
- Provide Value Engineering methods and analysis for recommendations related to remodel process improvements
- Analyze complex financial concepts; provide concise summaries and recommendations and influence decision makers with facts supporting recommendations with leadership presentations
- Partner in the development and communication of an annual real estate strategy for Levi’s and Beyond Yoga based on and cascading from the brand strategy, real estate market planning, fleet review and the brands open-to-buy targets.
- Be an in-house consultant to the VP of Real Estate and a broad range of business issues
- Provide analysis based on a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, competition, and profitability levers and recommend strategic choices based on insights derived
- Build new business strategies targeted at implementing brand strategies, identifying operational efficiencies which have direct impact on business growth and profitability
- Develop tools to ensure functional integration, and track delivery of cross functional accountabilities to anticipate and resolve potential issues. Collaborate with other department leads to ensure transition that minimizes risk to the business
- Design, implement, train, and manage the End-to- End (E2E) real estate management system to be used for pipeline management.
- Evaluate and maximize incremental opportunities for top line and bottom-line growth, across all channels; Recommend operational and process improvements to maximize volume and margin potential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
- 7+ years of real estate experience
- Experience in a Retail Real Estate and Store Development
- Operational and financial understanding of large-scale retail stores
- Experience in construction or construction management
- Experience managing small teams (1-3 team members)
- PowerBI, Tableau and SQL experience
- Create processes to address evolving needs
- Familiarity with data analytics and how they can be applied to enhance real estate decision-making

The Senior Manager, Real Estate Administration will manage our overall real estate process, leading our data analytics projects, help source and implement technological tools to help manage the pipeline, and assisting with corporate communications and distribution of strategy and lead projects such as cost-to-build initiative and remodel execution process. Reporting to the VP of Real Estate & Construction, you will provide reporting, manage store development processes, and operational support to Real Estate Store Development. You will develop the use of reporting tools to expand the breadth and depth of operational reporting in pursuit of improved visibility to management, support strategic decision-making.

About You
The expected starting salary range for this role is $119,800- $177,200 per year . We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
