What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead post-sales strategy for key company priorities and develop a strategic vision for Platform sales
- Build and optimize a high-performing sales strategy function focused on forecasting and pipeline tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance offerings and guide product roadmaps
- Plan for future growth and new product introductions within the Account Development Platform team
- Drive data-driven decision-making to improve sales productivity and performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in strategy and operations leadership within a sales environment
- Strong understanding of pipeline strategies and sales team challenges
- Ability to work effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience in finding and leading product-market fit opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to balance optimism with a truth-seeking mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales strategy and operations
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry and eCommerce solutions
- Background in data analysis and dashboard resource management
- Proven track record of driving growth in small to large organizations
