      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Identify and execute strategies to drive user engagement with the Salesforce platform
      - Work with senior sales leadership stakeholders to prioritize and translate new features and functionality to the Salesforce ecosystem
      - Articulate and present strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders throughout the organization
      - Collaborate with enterprise analytics and business intelligence teams to enhance use of Salesforce data
      - Design changes to enhance sales user experience and plan development and release cycles

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Bachelor's Degree in business or technology concentrations
      - 5-7 years of Salesforce experience or 3+ years working in a professional service organization implementing CRM systems
      - 3+ years of experience working on complex projects and managing Salesforce solutions
      - 3+ years of professional experience in sales, business operations, or technology roles
      - 1-2 years of experience leading a team to implement technology solutions
      - Proven track record in developing high-quality user experience and implementing technology platforms
      - Deep understanding of sales processes, software development processes, and data management strategy and tools
      - Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and administrative processes
      - Proficiency in MS Office
      - Certified Salesforce Administrator
