      About the role

As the Senior Manager of Reliability Engineering Tooling, you will lead a newly formed team tasked with developing and operating tools that drive reliability and scalability across Zillow Group’s engineering ecosystem! • Be accountable for delivering high-quality, timely, and targeted solutions and products to internal customers.

      • Combine people and project management skills to guide your team through multiple sophisticated projects successfully.

      • Coordinate, supervise, and communicate project status and activities to peers, senior engineering leaders, and executive partners.

      • Track, mitigate, resolve, and escalate systemic and individual incident issues as needed.

      • Build and maintain plans and forecasts, ensuring alignment with budgets and project landmarks.

      • Drive transparency and precision in project scoping and execution.
