What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Foster a culture of creativity, quality, and accountability in software engineering and QA testing
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver seamless commerce experience for customers
- Manage direct reports through coaching, mentoring, and strong leadership
- Build and maintain a production support team structure and processes
- Manage cloud infrastructure and vendor partner relationships

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years in the software engineering industry
- 5+ years managing direct reports
- 5+ years experience building and leading multi-channel eCommerce applications
- 5+ years experience delivering within agile development methodology
- Bachelor’s degree in IT related majors or concentrations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with multiple software languages: Java, Go, Python, Javascript
- Fluid verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough experiences in building B2B commerce experiences
- Intimate knowledge of manual and automation Quality testing
- Working experiences with running containerized applications within multiple cloud providers
