What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, develop, and coach a team of data operations engineers
- Automate repetitive data processes and tasks to improve efficiency
- Design, implement, and maintain automated data ingestion pipelines and workflows

- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and software developers to optimize data workflows

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8 years of experience in related engineering or development roles
- 6 years of experience leading technical teams in a complex environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven technical experience in DataOps, DevOps, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in working in agile methodologies, preferably SAFe
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python or Bash
