What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the strategy and execution of a technical roadmap to enhance product delivery and unlock new engineering capabilities
- Collaborate with product teams to address performance and resiliency issues
- Manage project dependencies and negotiate delivery dates with stakeholders
- Cultivate a culture of motivation and achievement within the team
- Contribute as a hands-on technical leader in system design and implementation of core services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 5+ years of development experience in a large-scale, mission-critical environment
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supervising personnel in a technical environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of system design, architecture, and full lifecycle of design and implementation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency with at least one modern programming language such as C#, Java, Python, or GO
- Experience with automated testing, including Unit, Integration, and End-to-End functional testing
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and core computer science concepts
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
