What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years research expertise in the life sciences space
- Experience in pharma/drug discovery realm required
- Minimum 3 years analytics experience
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- In-depth understanding of sales and marketing within a CDMO specializing in nucleic acids
- Experience in biotech field
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce
- Advanced Statistical Knowledge
- Competitive Analysis skills
