What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Translate complex business questions into actionable insights to drive customer acquisition and marketing investment
- Conduct advanced data analysis to inform strategic decisions across various marketing campaigns
- Lead marketing campaign reporting and provide timely insights on campaign performance
- Partner with marketing channel leads to analyze performance across paid media, email, and organic search
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess marketing initiative success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM-related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in analyzing marketing campaign performance
- Experience with paid media marketing channel analyses (search, social, display, or TV)
- Proficiency with advanced Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Matched Market Testing, or Multi-Touch Attribution methods
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
- Proactive and skilled in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
