What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
- Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
- Solve moderately complex problems and conduct analyses with minimal guidance
- Provide explanations and information on difficult issues to others
- Arrange the booking, set-up, and establishment of the company presence at events and exhibits

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
- Minimum of 4 years of event planning or marketing experience within a matrix organization
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a deadline-driven environment
- Minimum of 4 years of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

- Proven ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
- Experience using communications and interpersonal skills in both internal and external interactions
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales promotion or marketing targets
