What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and execution of change management strategies for Medicaid modernization and transformation initiatives
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify challenges and opportunities
- Design and deliver tailored communication, training, and engagement plans for various stakeholders
- Collaborate with project management, IT, and policy teams to align change initiatives with program goals
- Monitor change adoption and utilization, addressing resistance and making data-driven adjustments as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in Medicaid, healthcare consulting, or health and human services programs
- 5+ years of direct experience in change management roles supporting complex initiatives
- Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
- PMP or related project management certification
- Lean Six Sigma or Organizational Development certifications are a plus
