What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support client projects through written communication, analysis, and managing project progress
- Collaborate with management and subject matter experts for client work and career development
- Drive personal development through an annual growth process in partnership with supervisors
- Participate in new business development activities, including research and proposal support
- Assist in managing action items and tracking project progress during client meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of experience working for a Medicaid agency or consulting with Medicaid agencies on policy initiatives
- Proven ability to analyze regulations and manage projects to implement program changes
- Experience working with Medicaid payment authorities, including waivers and state plans
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Public Policy, Health Management, Public Health, or a related field
- Strong writing, communication, and computer skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with MAGI and non-MAGI eligibility processes
- Familiarity with the reimbursement aspects of state plans
- Demonstrated drive and initiative in previous roles
- Proven relationship-building and teamwork capabilities
- Willingness to travel as needed
