      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain metadata across multiple systems
      - Analyze and support the development of business rules and best practices for metadata curation
      - Perform detailed peer reviews of metadata for quality and consistency
      - Map metadata to database systems and ensure compliance with industry data standards
      - Prepare documentation regarding the metadata analysis process and maintain reference materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in informatics, biology, computer science, nursing, public health, or a related field
      - Minimum of five years of experience in an informatics, healthcare, or biology position
      - Proven analytical skills with a focus on biological metadata
      - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to query databases using MS SQL or Oracle SQL
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Knowledge Management Systems such as Symedical® or similar
      - Familiarity with clinical data standards like CDISC, FHIR, and SNOMED-CT
      - Experience developing ISO 11179 compliant data standards
      - Technological curiosity and a passion for metadata analysis
      - Knowledge of medical or biological terminology
