      As Senior Mobile Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing high performance mobile apps team for CVS customers. Our mobile apps teams are cross platform – native iOS and Android. You will lead an engineering team in an agile environment building solutions and working closely with Product and UX. The key to the success of this position is having strong and innovative approach to problem solving, great technical leadership, excellent communication (written and verbal, formal and informal), flexibility, and a self-motivated working style with attention to detail on top of a Customer first mindset.

      Your Responsibilities

      • Lead a team to design, build, test, deploy and maintain iOS , Android and Flutter mobile apps
      • Raise the quality bar of our mobile apps
      • Actively participate in the design and architecture process for new services across teams
      • Instrument your features with metrics and tracing, so you always have a clear picture of how things are operating
      • Participate in code reviews within your team and frequently with other teams
      • Mentor team members and contribute to building a strong consistent engineering culture
      • Work with other departments on collaborative projects
      • Mentor and share knowledge with the team

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • 7+ years of software development experience building customer-facing mobile native apps
      • 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams
      • 3+ years of experience working with highly available, large scale, high performing applications

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • Excellent communications, organization, and time management skills
      • Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
      • Have architected, designed, delivered mobile applications
      • Experience with defining the architecture or solutions for the mobile applications
      • Experience with Flutter application development for iOS and Android

      EDUCATION

      Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

      Pay Range

      The typical pay range for this role is:

      $118,450.00 - $236,900.00


      This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
