      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Attain monthly sales revenue and quota
      - Work across teams/departments to maximize synergies within the organization
      - Lead, manage, motivate, and support team members to achieve monthly quotas
      - Develop and implement programs to drive sales and increase market share
      - Develop strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in assigned accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, plus 9 years of related experience
      - Sales experience into national big box retailers (i.e. Walmart, Target, Costco, etc.)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong leadership skills to motivate and lead a sales team
      - Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in managing, motivating, and training a sales team
      - Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
      - Strong negotiation skills
