What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct research and analyses of environmental effects, costs, and benefits of policies and regulations
- Program in R and develop regression analyses and micro-simulation models
- Meet with client agencies to discuss needs and present capabilities
- Support new business capture and proposal efforts
- Mentor, coach, and supervise junior staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s (MA/MS) degree in public policy, economics/resource economics, or related discipline
- 10+ years of relevant work experience post Master’s
- 5+ years of experience in economic and regulatory analyses
- 2+ years of experience conducting benefit-cost analyses
- Strong technical project management and financial project management acumen

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Doctorate (PhD) degree in public policy, economics/resource economics, or related discipline
- 2+ years of experience programming in R and/or STATA
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal government rulemaking process
- Experience in applying non-market valuation approaches
- Demonstrated project and people leadership experience
