What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, coordinate, and participate in financial analysis, accounting, forecasting, and reporting activities
- Supervise special project loads as assigned by management for internal and external consulting through financial reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, Business Administration, or Computer Science or related area
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare finance or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience with project-related, multi-task responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Windows-style applications and keyboard for data entry and retrieval

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certification as a Public Accountant or actively testing for certification
