- Design, implement, and maintain a robust and scalable network infrastructure encompassing on-premises and cloud environments (e.g., Clinical locations, Azure, AWS).
- Plan & execute network upgrades, migrations, and expansions to meet business needs, and adhering to corporate change control standards.
- Develop and implement network automation solutions using tools like Terraform and GitHub to streamline operations and ensure consistency.
- Troubleshoot complex network performance issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address potential network problems.
- Collaborate with system engineering teams on server maintenance, patching, and performance optimization.
- Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points.
- Ensure network security by working closely with security team members to implementing and maintaining firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security measures.
- Develop & maintain network documentation, including network topology, configuration templates, & standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Stay up to date with emerging network technologies and industry best practices.
- Mentor and train junior network engineers on network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other members of IT Team, including systems administrators, developers, and security engineers, to ensure successful network integrations with other systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer with a proven track record of success.
- Experience with Fortinet network stack, Fortimanager, and FortiAnalyzer
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.) and network security principles.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure providers (Azure, AWS) and cloud networking concepts.
- Proficiency in network automation tools such as Terraform and experience with version control systems like GitHub.
- Experience with scripting languages for network automation (e.g., Python).
- Deep understanding of network monitoring and alerting systems.
- Experience with system administration tasks, including server monitoring, patching, and performance tuning.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision & manage multiple tasks & priorities.
- Experience with Azure AD or Active Directory.
- Knowledge of VoIP technologies and implementation.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our complex network infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of network architecture, cloud technologies, and automation, with a proven ability to solve intricate network issues and optimize performance.
