What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor network performance metrics, including bandwidth utilization, latency, and packet loss
- Respond to network alarms and incidents promptly to ensure network stability
- Use diagnostic tools to evaluate the health of clients' IT environments and address alerts
- Diagnose, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve network issues, including hardware and software problems
- Configure and maintain network devices, circuits, and vendor relationships

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network operations
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, FTP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with network devices from vendors like Arista, Cisco, and Juniper
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CCST, CCNA, or CCNP certification
- Proficiency in network management tools, with ScienceLogic being a plus
