What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of Avaya System Manager to ensure optimal system performance
- Manage and troubleshoot Avaya AWS Cloud services for seamless integration with existing infrastructure
- Administer Avaya Communication Manager to guarantee system stability and efficiency
- Design, configure, and deploy solutions using Orchestration Designer and Dialog Designer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve network architecture

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience with Avaya System Manager, Avaya Communication Manager, Avaya Aura Session Manager, Avaya AWS Cloud, Messaging, Orchestration Designer, and Dialog Designer
- In-depth understanding of networking concepts, troubleshooting, and system management in both on-premises and cloud environments
- Strong ability to troubleshoot network and system issues efficiently, providing high-level support
- Expertise in Avaya solutions and tools for managing communication systems
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
