- Take ownership and fulfil the requirements of any required statutory and mandatory training
- Deliver endoscopy services in our sites to the highest standards for our patients, carrying out pre, peri and post endoscopy care
- Complete competency assessments Lead teams of registered nurses and healthcare workers, escalating clinically where appropriate.
- Maintain effective communications with patients, relatives and other members of the multidisciplinary team
- Provide a safe care environment, including preparing and clearing up rooms and equipment, with particular care over infection control.
- An experienced Senior Endoscopy Registered Nurse, with an advanced diploma of higher education in Nursing.
- A team player who is supportive, reliable, and trustworthy, who gets stuck in and creates a positive atmosphere
- Experienced in working in a multidisciplinary team
- A great communicator at all levels written, verbal and listening
- A person who naturally instils confidence in everyone they work with Calm in challenging situations, working well under pressure.
