Job Description

- Translate client’s business requirements and successfully deliver occupancy planning utilizing firm and industry best practices
- Serve as Lead business partner on occupancy, space and move projects; and liaison between the client and all other affected resources
- Excellent communicator capable of delivering effective change management prior to, during and after a project process
- Implement a continuous improvement program for project delivery
- Partner with Relocation Project Management and Facility Management teams to review and approve moves, develop migration plans and conduct facility audits;
- Build strong relationships with Corporate Real Estate Strategy and Demand Planning groups to gather top-down headcount and growth projections
- Prepare/update monthly and weekly reporting regarding site data to include occupancy metrics
- Support development and implementation of innovations, best practices, and standard operating procedures to elevate team, account, and firm performance
- Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success
- Act as an ambassador for JLL, adopting and maintaining the firm’s core values of Teamwork, Ethics and Excellence
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
- 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in managing occupancy, space, move management, and change management processes
- Expert level data analytical skills and mastery of Sheets and Excel - required
- Proficiency with Google suites and experience utilizing Slides and Powerpoint
- Experience with implementing flex office, hoteling, and alternative workplace solutions programs.
- Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture systems
- CAFM system and AutoCAD experience is required
- Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms
- Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
- Highly organized and demonstrate high level of performance in project budgeting and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills including active listening, verbal, written and visual and the ability to engage at all levels of leadership from administrative to executive level.

We are seeking a Senior Occupancy Planner who is a proactive leader in Occupancy Planning and responsible for supporting planning strategies and overseeing the delivery of occupancy planning while coordinating with move management on behalf of our client. This role will be under the supervision of the Occupancy Planning Lead.
As a Senior Occupancy Planner , you will drive the development of occupancy plans and sequencing of group-level and individual moves as well as facilitate and/or resolve planning issues identified in customer planning meetings.
You will be a Subject Matter Expert in the client's workplace program and the use of occupancy data analytics to drive solutions to optimize the portfolio, in alignment with the client’s mission statement. You will need to have knowledge of typical occupancy metrics, sharing ratios, industry best practices and occupancy trends.
As a leader in the Occupancy Planning team, you will demonstrate superior client relationship management and strategic thinking.
This role is onsite in the Bay Area, California.

114,000.00 – 161,000.00 USDThe pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
