- Advises on the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using discretionary judgment
- Advises on projects and directs activities of a team related to special initiatives
- Advises as a technical expert in assigned area, providing an understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function
- Consults on present-state, develops alternative future-state approaches, and facilitates implementations by creating a clear and coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control
- Identifies and recommends responsibilities and accountabilities for key programs/projects
- Accurate and timely preparation of documentation tailored to specifications and requirements of specific transactions.
- Assures all documents are complete prior to execution and funding.
- Processing lease and loan transactions on internal system for funding and booking.
- Work directly with clients and sales to draft Master and Schedule documents and file UCC's.
- Liaison between and among Documentation Manager, Regional Sales Management /Sales Associates, Customer, Internal Groups and Vendors regarding transactions status, receipt of executed documentation, supplier invoices, lien searches etc.
- Research and clarify information and provide problem resolution.
- Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned Marketing Officer, Sales Associates and Customers.
- Handles all documentation issues and customer inquiries and concerns.
- Accurate and timely processing of transactions under tight deadlines.
- Timely maintenance of all pending items.
- Performance of maintenance on current portfolio issues, as needed. Completes various projects as assigned by manager.
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Team player who will assist teammates as needed.
- Proven ability to work in an unsupervised capacity.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to set priorities, meet aggressive production goals and deadlines, manage multiple transactions, tasks and project efficiently and simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

This position is for a Documentation Officer. The position handles a variety of tasks such as draft documents for clients, set up units, prepare & submit Uniform Commercial Code filings, create exhibits. The Documentation Officer works closely with the Marketing Officers and Clients as well as with many departments in Leasing, such as Credit, Legal, Pricing and Equipment Management.
