Design, deliver and maintain supplier relationships through outsourcing contracts that: deliver every day without fail, minimising instances of outages and disruption so that our colleagues can focus upon the customer
Appropriately performance manage strategic service contracts in accordance with contractual SLA’s and KPI’s
Manage stakeholder relationships across the business, including wider CIO, HR, Group Property, Legal and Procurement, Build strong relationships with Subsidiary counterparts to imbed the Corporate Services standard
Mechanical & Electrical lifecycle planning to ensure that there is a comprehensive 5-year asset replacement and building investment plan across the portfolio. Working closely with Group Property to ensure that the planning aligns to the property strategy and Aviva’s net zero aspirations.
Develop the CS&R ( Corporate Services & Resilience) Colleague services strategy to flex and evolve to meet colleague and business demands, including the embracing of smart working and the fluid property strategy.
Proven track record of strong commercial management
Strong risk awareness and governance compliance awareness
Experience of managing strategic relationships/contracts with strong influencing and negotiation skills
Innovative management – continuously seeking better ways that adds value to colleagues and customers
Appropriate FM (Facilities Management) Operations and/or contract, commercial management experience
Starting salary – Circa £75k depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.

Senior Operations Manager (Corporate Services)
Location: Norwich, Bristol, Sheffield, and York
Salary: Circa £75k

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Operations Manager to join our Corporate Services & Resilience Team. As the Senior Operations Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of Corporate Services managing third party contracts to deliver building services across the UK and Ireland, including Facilities Management and Business Services in accordance with the Corporate Services standard, which you will be responsible to develop and implement to govern service standards across Aviva group.
Supporting and influencing internal, external stakeholders and other source markets in the delivery of Corporate Services, Operational energy consumption reduction and the Waste reduction strategy across Aviva and subsidiaries.
