What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert in operations research, collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams
- Develop and execute analyses and study plans addressing complex problems and producing data-rich artifacts
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of DoD projects in alignment with the National Defense Strategy
- Conduct assessments on warfighter requirements and technology investment recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent STEM degree
- 4-5 years of experience providing analytic support to the Department of Defense
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in leading teams in complex environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, deadline-intensive environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience providing analytic support to federal agencies
- Proficiency in a scientific programming language such as Python or R
- Familiarity with common machine learning algorithms and data visualization tools
- Basic familiarity with large-scale data modeling and SQL
