What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as an advisor for operational risk and process flows within assigned business lines
- Collaborate on regulatory changes and internal losses to enhance risk assessments and control procedures
- Evaluate and challenge risk and control ratings for reasonability
- Provide support for Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and ensure detailed documentation of risks and controls
- Lead projects and initiatives to improve departmental processes and compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university in a related field
- 7 years of experience in the financial services industry
- 5 years of experience in operational risk management or related disciplines
- Experience in assessment of internal controls for design and effectiveness
- Certification in at least one risk management discipline preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience in third-party risk management
- Archer experience is preferred
- Certification such as Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP) or Certificate in Operational Risk Management
