What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop monthly general contractor schedule reviews and reports
- Manage master schedule for Program needs and reporting
- Update bi-weekly reports and analytics
- Identify scheduling issues, capture impacts and delays, and recommend mitigation/recovery schedules
- Attend meetings and advise clients on construction progress and cost implications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on Primavera P6 schedule experience
- Managing design and construction projects
- Knowledge of engineering and construction work processes
- Understanding and application of Critical Path Analysis
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Project

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with RFI's and RFQ process
- Understanding of Earned Value progress
- Experience in Program Management
- Knowledge of Time Impact Analysis
- Familiarity with Rolling Wave Schedule Technique
