      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and distribute board meeting agendas, minutes, and related documentation
      - Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
      - Help prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports to ensure compliance
      - Draft ancillary legal documents, such as NDAs and vendor agreements
      - Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including filing and document management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field
      - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role
      - Strong knowledge of legal processes and documentation
      - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Paralegal certification preferred
      - Proven self-starter with a strong ability to take initiative and drive projects independently
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Attention to detail and ability to work independently
