What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform paralegal duties under the direction of Supervising Attorneys, coordinating various legal matters across the organization
- Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, judicial decisions, and legal codes
- Draft, review, edit, and track a variety of legal documents and contracts
- Assist with due diligence for business acquisitions, joint ventures, and other special projects
- Train and supervise administrative staff supporting the legal and risk management departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a paralegal role
- Certification or credential from a related agency such as NALA or AAPI
- Strong understanding of technical legal terminology and contract processes
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
