      The Senior Specialist provides, under appropriate attorney guidance, critical paralegal support on disputed matters and investigation, including identifying, summarizing, and monitoring relevant issues and engaging with key stakeholders. This role sits within the Global Litigation group of the Law and Regulation Department.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Work closely with attorneys to provide support on the management of litigation, disputes, and investigations from inception to final resolution.

      Conduct, summarize, and analyze complex research, including gathering facts, researching, and analyzing applicable laws, regulations, and case laws, under appropriate attorney supervision and guidance.
      Assist with all aspects of discovery, including litigation holds, as well as assisting with document/information identification, collection, and production.
      Collaborate and partner with key stakeholders, including legal and business partners.
      Review, analyze, and summarize case-related documents and records.
      File management, intake of new matters, establish and manage electronic matter management systems, and maintain files in accordance with records retention requirements.
      Proactively identify, summarize, and monitor relevant issues, cases, and legislation, as well as updating attorney with recommendations, as appropriate.
      Other duties as assigned.

      Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

      4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
      5+ years of complex civil litigation paralegal experience
      In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

      CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

      American Bar Association (ABA) Paralegal Certificate (Preferred)
      Project Management Certification (Preferred)

      Basic budget management skills, including reviews of expense reports and matter-related billing

      Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
      Advanced writing, researching, proofreading, and formatting skills
      Ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
      Ability to support multiple attorney teams, prioritize assignments/work, and to consistent meet deadlines
      Customer-centric mindset
      Strong interpersonal skills, advanced written and oral communication

      Compensation offered for this role is $28.96 - 44.49 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
