Lead multiple partner engagements across the entire partner lifecycle from recruitment through joint integrations to GTM to deliver joint LLM, RAG, and GenAI solutions to market
Engage with key product and marketing leaders to understand customer needs, partner landscapes, and grow the NVIDIA AI Enterprise SW business in the market
Develop detailed partner alliance plans, use cases, and joint value propositions
Work with internal teams to help drive monetization strategies for NVIDIA AI Enterprise
Define metrics of success and key performance indicators that can be measured and improved. Use those metrics to clearly communicate progress across the organization.
Support sales and marketing activities, including crafting presentations, blogs, demos, and other technical collateral. Review and provide feedback on the documentation for our offerings.
Closely collaborate with GTM teams in developing high impact “sell-with” and “sell-through” partner strategies
BS/MBA or equivalent experience in Computer Science or other technical fields
8+ years of partner management experience in software for on-prem and cloud environments
Experience working with Enterprise customers and rolling out software across the enterprise
Strong understanding of the market and with new technologies i.e. RAG, GenAI, LLM across the partner ecosystems: ISVs, cloud providers, and system integrators
Strong analytical, marketing and project management skills - a drive for results and a history of successful partnerships - excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to develop business relationships from scratch, both internally and externally to NVIDIA
Ability to translate individual partner needs into higher level requirements that can enable a variety of ecosystem partners
Deep experience with ISV partnerships - proven track record of partner ownership from initial recruitment to GTM
Strong technical background with leading software technologies; exposure to different licensing and business models
Experience persuading others without having direct authority over them - strong communication skills to engage with ISV companies and executives
Experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise software and SDKs
NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Partner Development Manager to recruit and manage new partnerships and to evangelize NVIDIA AI Enterprise SW technologies to partners. For more than two decades, NVIDIA has pioneered accelerated computing with enterprises - the art and science of computing that demonstrates NVIDIA GPU technologies and NVIDIA accelerated software. More recently, there has been an overwhelming curiosity about GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and the partnerships and platforms that provide the tooling to accelerate AI projects and initiatives within the enterprise.
In this role, you will lead outreach and recruitment efforts for these strategic partners. You will have a phenomenal deal of autonomy to drive partnerships that incorporate NVIDIA’s suite of SW products from our NVIDIA AI Enterprise offering. You will help formulate win-win opportunities and joint offerings that demonstrate NVIDIA SW libraries, SDKs, workflows, and solutions. You will work with internal product, engineering, marketing, and sales organizations to help bring partner offerings to market. We seek someone with a proven track record in developing partnerships from the ground up, and who is dedicated and passionate about bringing new solutions to market through a sophisticated partner ecosystem.

The base salary range is 176,000 USD - 333,500 USD.
