      Key responsibilities include:

      • Identify and negotiate partnerships. You are able to find the right partnerships based on a deep understanding of eBay
      • Identify obstacles and collaboratively support solution-led thinking with wider business to solve/mitigate obstructions
      • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. This will involve regular communication, collaboration, and coordination to ensure alignment on business objectives and mutual success
      • Validate and evolve partnership strategy, based on results, define the types of organisations to partner with and the most effective value proposition and commercial structure.
      • Support the creation of scalable processes & systems that underpins the success of partnerships
      • Represent eBay at conferences, events, and workshops

      Skills & experience required :

      • Possess excellent account and relationship management skills. This includes building and nurturing strategic partnerships, managing partner expectations, resolving conflicts, and driving successful outcomes through collaboration and influence.
      • Access to an existing fashion partner ecosystem: It is desirable that you have an established network and able to leverage these connections to drive growth
      • Driven step-change within an organisation in a fast-paced environment
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Strong commercial skills, able to accurately forecast revenue and structure a team around business objectives
      • Ability to juggle, prioritise and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
      • Extraordinary interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
