- Lead, mentor, and support a team of patient services representatives covering prescription processing, referrals, Quality and Outcomes framework administration, processing clinical correspondence and Non-NHS work.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery at all patient touchpoints
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
- Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline processes
- Work closely with the Reception Manager to ensure effective communication and co-operation across the teams
- Contribute to training and onboarding of new staff
- Conduct appraisals and reviews and follow up on any performance concerns in line with practice processes.
