What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver high-quality client-focused administrative services for Corporate clients
- Keep track of workflow and provide progress updates to teams
- Make suggestions for process improvements for recurring client work
- Communicate effectively with client teams and clients
- Answer queries from clients, plan members, and trustees

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post-secondary education in Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science
- Experience in retirement, termination, and death calculations
- Knowledge of Defined Benefit pension plans and provincial pension and tax legislation
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Exceptional client service and professional acumen

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CEBS or PPAC certification
- Experience with multi-employer pension plans
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Dedication to teamwork and initiative
