- Be a Business Partner: Serve as the local TOMRA Recycling P&O Business Partner to local leadership and global stakeholders on all aspects of people-related activities.
- Engage Actively: Participate in P&O Recycling meetings and activities and promote open communication to create a positive work environment.
- Provide Support: Use your business knowledge to offer advice and support to Slovak Tomra Recycling employees and partner with managers to deliver comprehensive operational and tactical support aligned with our business strategy.
- Drive Progress: Contribute to the overall people agenda, take on new tasks as needed and lead and contribute to divisional-centered and cross-divisional engagement activities.
- Adhere to Policies: Follow global and local internal policies, procedures and legislative requirements and ensure precautions to maintain zero accidents and reduce near misses and injuries.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR-related role.
- Business fluent English, proficiency in HR software, knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills.
- High level of discretion and integrity, hands-on attitude, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salary from 2300 eur brutto per month

Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for you to join our Global TOMRA Recycling People & Organization (P&O) team and the Slovakia Shared local P&O team. As a Sr. P&O Partner, you will play a crucial role in our state-of-the-art shared manufacturing facility in Slovakia, ensuring compliance with global and local P&O policies and procedures. You will be the main point of contact for both employees and managers, reporting directly to the global SVP, People and Organization at TOMRA Recycling.
