      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding global payroll, leave management, benefits, onboarding, and employee relations
      - Lead the development, review, and update of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
      - Oversee payroll processing and benefits program administration for US and UK-based employees
      - Manage and organize people data in the HRIS for compliance and reporting
      - Support various People projects as assigned and maintain employee-facing collateral for accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of progressive experience in a People operations/HR position within a software company or rapid growth organization
      - In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, US and UK employment compliance, and leave management
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide visibility to stakeholders
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information
      - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or higher in an HR-related field
      - HR Certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.)
      - Experience working in a startup environment and managing initiatives
