      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma and 7-10 years of experience in HR processes within a high-growth environment
      - 3-5+ years of experience leading teams and driving results without direct reporting authority
      - Strong knowledge of HR principles, including employment law and compliance
      - Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement
      - Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
      - 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of team leadership
      - SHRM or HRCI certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR)
      - Experience with Workday and Kronos systems
      - Background in warehouse, distribution center, or retail environments
