What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage paid media campaigns across Search, Social, Display, and Video platforms
- Plan, build, monitor, and optimize campaigns, including targeting, budget management, and A/B testing
- Report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams including Account Management, Analytics, and Digital Design
- Communicate campaign performance and strategy to clients with varying levels of digital marketing experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of agency or in-house performance marketing experience
- At least 3 years of full-time experience with paid search and social ad platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
- 3+ years of experience in budget management, reporting, and analytics
- 2+ years of experience with tagging platforms and tag implementation (e.g., Google Tag Manager)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with researching and recommending conversion rate optimization (CRO) and search engine optimization (SEO) opportunities
- Familiarity with activating email acquisition and nurture strategies
