We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires strong CRM management skills, particularly with Salesforce (training will be provided), as well as the capacity to handle complex scheduling, email correspondence, and content review with meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues, with training and support provided as needed.
• Proactively manage executive's calendar, including scheduling and rescheduling calls and appointments.
• Monitor and prioritize incoming emails, ensuring timely responses and efficient email management.
• Review and edit content, presentations, and reports for accuracy and quality.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the executive.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in CRM management, with proficiency in Salesforce preferred (training will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, capable of maintaining high standards under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with professionalism and composure.
