      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct market analyses and job evaluations for physicians and clinical roles to determine competitive pay structures
      - Administer provider compensation programs, including salaries, productivity-based pay, and incentive plans
      - Collaborate with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Clinical Operations to align compensation programs with business strategy
      - Support the design and modeling of incentive plans to drive performance
      - Ensure compliance with healthcare compensation regulations and maintain compensation reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, human resources, or related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, with at least 3 years focused on provider or clinical compensation in a healthcare setting
      - Deep expertise in healthcare provider compensation, including RVU-based models and incentive plan design
      - Familiarity with healthcare compensation regulations, including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback
      - Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and data visualization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CHRC (Certified in Healthcare Compensation) certification
      - Experience working with physician compensation models and regulatory compliance
