What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the physician recruitment process for assigned locations and specialties
- Define and execute sourcing strategies while assessing cultural and role fit of candidates
- Develop strategic and comprehensive physician recruitment plans based on market knowledge
- Schedule and conduct telephone-screening interviews and coordinate feedback collection from interviewers
- Facilitate candidate assessment processes and debrief meetings with hiring managers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of physician recruitment experience in an academic healthcare environment, hospital, or health system
- Alternatively, 5 years of healthcare recruitment experience in an academic healthcare environment
- Strong understanding of trends in healthcare recruitment and marketplace dynamics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Five (5) years of direct physician recruitment experience in a variety of specialties
- Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP)
- Significant experience with executive administration/physician leadership related to recruitment
