What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, providing strategy, policy analysis, and project management support
- Conduct thorough policy analysis and make recommendations based on research and potential implications
- Manage project tracking, including action item trackers and dashboards, while identifying risks and challenges
- Develop and implement improvements to business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency
- Create internal and external communication products to convey information and facilitate stakeholder buy-in

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a US Citizen and clearable
- Minimum of 4 years of experience for junior level or 8 years for senior level
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Public Relations, Communication, or Political Science
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with FEMA or DHS
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation
- Background in project management and business process improvement
- Familiarity with change management approaches
