      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and refine content moderation policies based on research and industry best practices
      - Draft and implement user-friendly policies related to content moderation and user safety
      - Collaborate with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Communications teams to ensure policy alignment
      - Oversee the enforcement of content moderation policies and address escalations
      - Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential safety risks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, product policy, compliance, or similar roles for platforms with user-generated content (UGC)
      - Deep understanding of online safety, best practices, and legal frameworks related to content moderation
      - Proven experience in developing and implementing effective content policies
      - Excellent communication skills for articulating complex policies to diverse audiences
      - Strong analytical skills for research and synthesizing information to inform policy decisions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with specific online safety issues relevant to the employer's platform (e.g., copyright infringement, hate speech)
      - Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks (e.g., COPPA, GDPR, CDA Section 230)
