What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Collaborate with designers and branding teams to develop and test new creative assets
- Ensure proper setup and tracking of all campaigns to measure effectiveness
- Provide monthly reporting on ROAS, KPIs, and overall performance of paid media strategies
- Optimize and build landing pages to improve campaign performance and user experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of experience in PPC management with a proven track record of success on Google, Meta, and Pinterest
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative and branding teams
- Familiarity with tracking tools, reporting, and campaign performance analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SEO is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and tools is highly preferred
