What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently meet with providers to discuss tools and programs aimed at enhancing care quality for Medicare Advantage Members
- Assist in reviewing medical records and highlighting opportunities for quality improvement
- Track appointments and ensure accurate documentation in supported systems
- Interact with UHC members via phone to facilitate appointments and support care needs
- Collaborate with leadership and practice staff to implement strategies for closing gaps in care

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 3+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- 2+ years of experience as a Microsoft Office specialist with advanced skills in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- 1+ years of experience in account management or a sales/service role
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance for travel within service delivery areas

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the state of residence
- Experience with HEDIS and EMR (electronic medical records)
- Knowledge of the Medicare market and clinical standards of care
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
