What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead pricing efforts on competitive proposals, preparing complex proposals in response to RFPs
- Review and analyze RFPs to assist the proposal team in developing business solutions for customers
- Develop competitive pricing strategies, identifying risks and interpreting solicitation requirements
- Perform cost/price analyses and modeling for complex competitive proposal efforts
- Conduct thorough profitability analysis between bid and execution models regarding ROS and gross margin

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field and 5 to 7 years of pricing experience in the federal government contracting environment
- Working knowledge of FAR and its applicability to cost/price requirements
- Advanced knowledge of the government contracting process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience pricing all contract types including FFP, FP-LOE, T&M, FP-LH, CPFF, CPAF, and other cost reimbursable contracts
- Ability to build strong interdepartmental relationships and identify alternative solutions to problems
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
