- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Primary Care Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Eastwood Park a Female Remand Prison located in Falfield, Gloucester.
The prison houses around 360 patients - This will all be patients that are waiting to be sentenced. Based in a rural location so own transport is essential.Hours
3 x 12.5 hours shifts including weekends and nights
Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £52,507 per annum FTE - depending on experience.
