      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and recruit candidates to meet the company's hiring needs, focusing on corporate talent roles and niche positions
      - Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including crafting position descriptions, sourcing candidates, and negotiating offers
      - Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand talent requirements and execute recruitment strategies
      - Research and analyze recruiting market trends to attract diverse top talent
      - Maintain effective communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
      - 12+ years of related full-life cycle recruitment experience
      - Experience with innovative candidate sourcing and recruitment processes
      - Working knowledge of EEO and applicable employment laws, policies, and regulations
      - Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 12+ years of professional experience in direct full-life cycle recruitment within a corporate environment
      - Experience as a Team Lead in a corporate talent acquisition setting
      - Familiarity with Workday applicant tracking system (ATS)
      - Advanced recruiter or sourcing designation and/or HR professional certification
      - Strong project and process management skills, highly organized with attention to detail
