      Job summary

      We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BPO SPE Voice professional with 2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Service Management Customer Service EBS-Human Resources and OFA-Global Human Resources. The role involves providing exceptional customer service managing customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. The work model is hybrid and the shift is day. No travel is required.


      Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
    • Manage customer interactions through various communication channels to ensure a seamless experience
    • Utilize technical skills in Customer Service Management to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
    • Apply knowledge of EBS-Human Resources to assist customers with HR-related queries and concerns
    • Use OFA-Global Human Resources expertise to support global HR processes and initiatives
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling customer data
    • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and potential areas for improvement
    • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques
    • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies to achieve business goals
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement

    • Qualifications

    • Must have strong experience in Customer Service Management and Customer Service
    • Should possess knowledge of EBS-Human Resources and OFA-Global Human Resources
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
    • Ability to work in a hybrid work model and adapt to a day shift schedule
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is a plus
    • Previous experience in a BPO environment is preferred
    • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
    • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
    • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    • Certifications Required

      Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification preferred.
