What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Management
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Production, Operations, Leadership, Project Management, or a related field
- Alternatively, 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, and printers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in Production, Operations, Leadership, Project Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
